困境:冬季取暖与出勤 Challenge: Winter Heating & Attendance

由于海拔超过2500米,冬季严寒导致山区孩子因缺乏保暖衣物而无法准时到校。这不仅仅是教育问题,更是生存资源的问题。 At 2500m altitude, winter cold keeps kids away from school due to lack of warm clothes. It's a survival issue, not just an educational one.
